Does anyone have an information on the most commonly/likely tested subjects for the 2010 VA Feb Bar? I haven't found much online besides Domestic Relations always appearing on the Feb exam. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Here's a list I did based on count from a bar exam prep course that I updated with the essays from the last two exams. Note that Constitutional Law and Evidence don't appear at all as separate essay subjects, but could easily show up as part of a Criminal Law or other type of essay. Based on this list I spent a lot of time on the first six topics (likelihood 75-100%), and have decided to learn only the two or three most important rules for the rest. Good luck!

That's actually one of the harder bars in the country.
it's doable, but make sure you know the general law and don't lose yourself into memorizing every detail and worrying about all the exceptions.
So many topics are tested but the graders are pretty flexiable with grading...if you put down the general law, get most of the issues, you'll get 7, 8 at least. Of course follow I.R.A.C or something similar that works for you.
Good luck.
