My understanding is that the CalBar prohibits discussing current bar exam questions during the exam days. Some people take exams over four days instead of three days. What about NCBE regulations? I am just sharing my thoughts; do not know if CalBar has disciplined anyone in the past for discussing bar questions while the exam is still going on. Also, violation could effect the moral character evaluation later on, who knows! Seems like CalBar is very strict on moral character apps. Better to be safe then sorry!

How are they going to know? And besides we (I) have discussed bar exam questions on this forum. Nothing has happened to me (other than failing, of course)

I am not talking about discussing past bar exam questions; only the current exam bar questions. For example, Feb bar is next week; so it is safer not to discuss those questions online during those 4 days, as some people take exams over 4 days. I believe the proctors announce it also. So, it might be a violation of CalBar rule.

Also, just imagine, if you were to post all the three essay subjects for day 3, the students who will take the essays next day, will only have to concentrate on those three areas that day. Same with PT.
That would not be fair.

I heard that NCBE sends cease and desist letters. So, it is best to wait till the exam is over to discuss Feb bar exam questions.

At least for the July exam, folks discussed the bar exam questions here in the forum. Individuals taking the exam over four days are sworn to not be seeking out information regarding the questions on these types of sites. Whether or not they abide by that rule, I can’t say. But people did discuss the questions here, and those postings are still up.

Didn’t hear anything about any cease/desist letters going out to anyone who discussed the questions here…
