any thing not covered in the essay
mostly CPLR, agency, UCC 3, Evidence, largely company law if you do not see coroportion on the essay, real property - equitable conversion, workmens compensation ( always one exam), Parntership 1/ 2 questions,

I meant how?

I think they are very easy compared to MBE. No tricks - straight forward application of law. for example - equitable conversion - if you know who is liable - when neither seller and buyer are in fault - you can earn that point easily

workmens compensation - to whom it is applied

The facts are not that difficult or complicated and neither the answer choices. NYMC is 10% of the exam and it matter a lot. Easy to gain the points on NYMC

Barbri books has a good amount of NY questions - that is enough. because we still have one week. Anybody can finish 200 Mixed questions - what I prefer to do is - I solve 10 questions in 10 minutes when I am done with other subjects/ or bored with studying other subjects
that way I do almost 3o questions per day.

NYMC is easier than MPT.
