Could anyone please explain the ways of dividend distributions? More specifically, I don't understand the differences between the stock and the bond dividends and why one is a transfer from capital and other from liabilities.
What are split-shares used for?

Don't waste time on little details on Corporation. It is not worth. Corporation essay have not showed up in the last 2 year or so. Even if it comes it will be only one issue.
