The MPRE should be good for 2-3 years after successfully taking the exam, if law students are allowed to take it after the first year of law school.

That's not true either. The bar itself has a 5 year time limit. If you pass the bar and don't get sworn in within 5 years, you gotta take it again.

The MPRE is valid "forever". There's no retaking the MPRE in CA once you pass it. I know it because I passed it 10 years ago and took a break from CBX. The only thing that has time limit in CA is the Moral Character.

I believe it's about 22 months? You should've received either a letter with the MPRE results or from the CA Bar telling you the expiration date of your MPRE score.

Rule 4.59 Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination
Every applicant must take and pass the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) administered by the National Conference of Bar Examiners, and receive a passing score as determined by the Committee. The examination may be taken following completion of the first year of law study or later. The Committee must receive official notice of an MPRE passing score before an applicant is certified to the California Supreme Court.

Does anyone know if there is any validity period for the MPRE results in California. I took and passed the MPRE for the California Bar admission last November. Do I need to pass the bar and get admitted within a specific period of time to utilize the MPRE results from last November?

I would appreciate any feedback.
