Now that results have been released, does anybody want to share how much their score improved (if at all)? Good luck to everybody.

Went from 1340 to Pass ... what did i do differently? I studied and did as many freakin essays as humanly possible. I studied like my balls were gonna get roasted by Al Queda cells if I didnt pass! and it worked!

I went from 1340 to Pass this time....i took last July but not Feb 09, so I had to wait a year before re-taking the exam ... I couldnt belee it! almost 100 points! I was really weak with my PTs .... so I focused on getting it right ... i spent alot of time, energy and stress over it... but it was worth it!

just take some time off now and wait for your resutls. for alll you know that you passed.

then just practice writing but make sure you don't let go of the MBE. Your score is very good! that should be very motivating

M.Dwyer,

what were your scores on the performance test? If you bombed those, I feel thats something you can easily improve on with some repetition and an additional PT prep course i.e. Holtz. Your MBE scores are decent, so you obviously have solid substantive knowledge of the law.

For the next 17 weeks..... write write write. Best of luck!

July 2008 - 1206 (with no preparation)
Feb 2009 - 1314 (after taking Barbri)

I have been planning to take the Feb. 2010 bar -
but after realizing how low my scores are, I wonder
if it is even possible...

I scored 135 on the last MBE, raw.
(scaled MBE 1504)

Thus, it is obvious where my real problem is,
in my writing!

I have taken the bar exam third time (awaiting results). My score has always improved. The first time, I missed by 40 points. Second time by 10 points. I hope to pass this time. I practiced a lot. I think that's the key.

If you passed the bar as a repeater, what were your previous scores? If you haven't passed the bar, how much did your score improve on your last exam (if at all)? I scored a 1383 and will be retaking the exam in Feb.
