Review all except Con Law, it never comes up except occasionally the first amendment. Contacts/Sales were there in Feb and July so it might finally be corporations but who knows. Real prop. especially, concurrent estates, easements and covenants. Torts (especially negligence), Crim procedure especially 4 and 6th amendments.

I can see your rationale here but I would just focus on learning the New York rules and pushing on 5.5's accross the board depending on your MBE score of course which I presume is decent.

My advice;

Take the Pieper Essay Course - its the Biz (ask for Jeanine Colavito)

Get hold of the Barbri Yellow Essay Book.

Print off the NY essays for the last 8 - 10 years and practice them religiously.
